Elimination Of Toxins Is A Positive Start To Better Health

By Josef Bichler

Elimination is only possible if we know what it is and know where it's coming from. To avoid all chemicals and toxins, whether it's in our food or personal care products is impossible. Strong scientific evidence exists that exposure to these chemicals contributes to most illnesses. It is important to know how to avoid at least some of these chemicals to protect your health.

Eliminating some of the most threatening toxins from your body is a must and it's not that hard to do. We all know anything we put in our mouth and swallow can have positive or negative reactions to our body and health. It's like drinking too much alcohol to get tipsy and feel bad the day after with a hangover. Having an extra big meal can make you feel uncomfortable and bloated etc. What we often overlook is what we can absorb through our skin is just as unhealthy as eating it.

Sometimes it can take a long time to see the positive effect of a healthy lifestyle practice. However, this isn't the case with reducing toxins from your body. The personal care products we use every day to enhance our body and make us smell good, as well as cleanse our hair, skin and teeth. But what do they do to our internal body's chemistry? Toiletries contain thousands of harmful chemicals, which absorbed through the skin can have the most serious health effects over time. The high amount of chemicals and toxins found in skin care products can make our bodies nothing less than a toxic waste dump.

Here is an example what a difference just in a few days can make. A research has shown an easy way to avoid levels of toxins substantially in a matter of days.

Delving Deeper Into the Therapeutic Properties of Ginger

By Fai Chan

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is warming, anti-inflammatory, and antiemetic - which is good for relieving the symptoms of nausea. It is also a rubifacient which helps improve blood circulation, and its diaphoretic properties can help to expel unwanted wastes from the body. When combining with Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral functions are more complete. In fact, the combinations of these two oils are great for healing mouth ulcers such as canker sores or other skin issues. These two combinations can be used to make a safe, versatile and an effective blend for healing purposes.

½ oz (15ml) Beeswax
1.5 oz (45ml) Coconut Oil
10 drops Ginger essential oil
10 drops Tea Tree essential oil

I used a double boiler to melt the beeswax. After it was melted, Coconut Oil was added. Finally essential oils were added after taking the double boiler from the heat. Then, mixed well and put the final mixture to lip balms. I used about 10 lip balms, which meant that the dilution of oil was only 2% per lip balm.

The main purpose of Coconut Oil is its moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties. It comprises large proportion of the whole formulation as it is mild to the soft palate of the mouth, and reduces the irritations to the ulcers or other skin inflammation to a larger extent.
